Should I start Hakeem Nicks or Wes Welker?

keep wayne, bc manning will have a huge game, and wayne will get allot of targets, and go with welker, bc brady is unbelivably hot right now, and welker is his favorite reciever. if u are in a PPR league, then welker is an especially good choice.
