How to remove virus my laptop & increase startup speed?

Hi, my laptop is affected some virusus in win32(sys) folder, also my system startup speed is very slow, after 10 times try to my system is properly start... How i remove virusus & increase start up speed, also suggest very active anti virus (trojan, etc..) healing software...
