Personal loan question?

okay so im 19 i work full time making about 30,000 a year and i wanna take out a loan. now back in april i had a problem with my debit card i had to report it lost and i forgot to call my gym membership about my new card and also xbox live that happened for about 2 months i never updated it so how bad does that affect my credit? i dont even pay any bills right now never did. so i technically never had any credit established until that happened. what would happen if i went to my local bank which is webster? if i have a co signer will i be able to get like a 5,000 loan?
