If I just formed a CA LLC in April, didn't do business, and dissolve it now, do I have to pay taxes for it?

I know that there is a $800 minimum tax that I am supposed to file within 4 months of starting the LLC. I opened the LLC thinking I was going to do consulting through it, but now found a full-time job. I want to dissolve it immediately. Does that mean I won't have to pay the $800 tax?
