Does anyone know the poem from emily dikinson that's called "success is counted sweetest"?

The poet offers the dying soldier as one example of someone who understands the sweetness of success because he has tasted failure, who comprehends the significance of victory because he has been defeated. She starts the poem with a generalization about success and failure, then supports that general statement with a specific example.
