My gf is a little bi curious. Could this develop into her being romantically attracted to women?

Im 16 and my gf will be 16 this September. Recently she told me shes bi curious but only in a ual way. She says shes not attracted to women at all but fantasizes about fooling around with a girl. I know beyond a shadow of a doubt shes attracted to men, she constantly tells me she loves me and is highly infatuated by me but could this possibly develop into her wanting girls on more than just a ual level?
