Are these these the important milestones in motor sports for women?

You may not know about a lady named Tammy Jo Kirk, from Dalton, GA. She was a local champion motocross rider who was successful in the NASCAR All Pro late model series from '91 through about '95. She got a break in either '96 or '97 with a lingerie company who sponsored her in a NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series ride. Tammy is very talented and a great person as well. She got a bad break because while the sponsorship money was there, it was evidently not used to give Tammy the truck that she needed to compete with the top teams.. Nonetheless, on the race track, she proved her point and I ume went back home to Georgia to run her motorcycle shop. Tammy Jo definitely didn't get the recognition she deserved.
