Hoover, Reagan, and Bush all cut taxes and Stock market crashed?

If you look at a Dow chart priced in gold over the lat 100 years, you will see a very VERY obvious trend which occurs every 35 years, it's called the business cycle, taxes may have some influence, but just about all major economic events whether it's expansion or recession, inflation or deflation, are caused by central banks, which control the debt backed monetary system of the world.
