I just upgraded my Blackjack to windows mobile 6, is there a way to make it sound louder?

I just upgraded my samsung blackjack to windows mobile 6, is there a way to turn the sound up? Everything gets about a third as loud as it used to be. The music player is way quiet! I turned all of the volumes up, and turned the windows media volume up, but its still pretty quiet. I havent tested the ring tone volume yet. anyone else have this problem?
