Eh, yeah it's a pretty unhealthy way to lose weight. You need around 50 grams of protein a day for regular activities and energy. Focus more on caloric intake, (between 1500-1800 if you're trying to lose weight), or better yet, focus on portion size. Eat 3 meals of about 500-600 calories each. You'll start losing, especially if you pair it with moderate exercise 3-5 days a week.
