What kind of person should i be when i see her in court?

You were the bigger person apologizing and it seems now she's using this against you, for being the guilty party. Just ignore her and certainly don't apologize again that's for sure. Just go with the flow and tell the truth, but she certainly wasn't your best friend if she didn't accept your apology then she's probably not worth the effort!! Write her off for good, that apology should have worked if the person was mature enough to accept it. Just remember your the better and more mature person for making an effort for an a apology!!!
