Strange, slightly symbolic, recurring dream?

I'm not a Freudian, or anything, but could my dreams mean something? I keep having dreams that somehow, I'm a boy or transformed into one and I'm so happy that I'm a boy. I'll start masturbating and I become frustrated because I can't climax, no matter how hard I try. Could that mean anything?
