Moody inlaws how would you deal?

my inlaws are really moody they always want me to do things and have lots of expectations. i just had a bby and thy still want help wit their adin paying bills and doing paper work and arranging doctors and arranging boiler servicing and hose insurance etc..im bsywith my baby itold them that. they said no just do it. i sad sorry im busy now theystill said look just do it f us. ihaveno timemy bay is newborn they dont get i. myhubby is scared f them so he cant say anyting at all. he cant do the paperwork cos he is not "too bright". bless. but he is also caerd of them. they are pushy aND imposing and want my baby to grow up the way THEY want. what to do...
