Is bangkok immigration still accepting the old philippine green pport, the non-machine readable?

i'm from the philippines & currently holding the old pport (green / non-machine readable), but not yet expired. i'll be in bangkok this March & wondering if they still accept this old pport? or they require having the new machine-readable pports?
