I'm 7 months pregnant and are not ready with any baby things yet, help?

I am 7 months have only 5 bottles, 3 onesies, 1 pacifier, a diaper bag and mittens. Should I buy the big stuff now or wait a little longer? I know I need a binet, stroller/carseat combo and dresser, but is it too early?
