Feeling sick at least once a week?

I've been feeling sick alot and had bad back aches head aches and rib pains, i dont know what this is but many times i have ended up in tears because it has been that painfull, i need advice of what it could be or to do, it dosent happen everyday just once a week but its starting to get unbearable PLEASE HELP
