Can Baby Zebra Finches be Hand trained?

The baby always jumps out of the nest and winds up on the bottom of the cage so i put him back into the nest and he seems to be getting used to me and not scared like he knows i am putting him back into the nest, so I am wondering if they can be hand trained?
